ABOUT
I worked with Imaginary Forces to craft the new launch trailer for Magic: The Gathering's new deck "Streets of New Capenna". I worked alongside a very talented team on previs, animation, simulation, look dev, and compositing.
PROCESS
Animated in Cinema4D and composited in AE. I took 3D assets created by the modeling team and previz'd many of the shots in the spot. The coins and chains were simulated directly in C4D with a simplistic rig built for the scale. I was also responsible for the final look on the "heist" shot which is showcased below. The characters, vehicle, and weapon in this shot were modeled by Jacques Clement. The Falco scene assets were modeled by Christoph Gabathuler.
